REFUND POLICY

Due to continued losses, we have decided to clear out all products at a loss. Despite this clearance sale, we still offer limited return services. Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a return.

  1. Return Time Window
    You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

  1. Return Conditions
    Items must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for return:

Item Condition: Unused, no wear, no scratches, no additional human-caused damage

Intact Packaging: Includes original packaging, instruction manual, and accessories (if any)

Cleanliness: Coffee cups must be clean, free of coffee stains or food residue

Does not affect resale
Due to clearance sales, we reserve the right to refuse returns of items not in perfect condition.

The following conditions will not be accepted for return:

One or more coffee cups are missing from the set

Damage caused by improper use (e.g., incorrect voltage, dropping, water damage)

Missing original packaging or accessories

Step 1: Request a Return

Please include the following in the email:

Photos of the item in its current condition (at least 2 photos)

Step 3: Waiting for Inspection and Refund

After receiving the return, we will complete the inspection within 3 business days.

If eligible → Refund will be initiated within 3 days.

If ineligible → We will contact you and return the goods (shipping costs are your responsibility).

  1. Refund Arrival Time

Initiation Time: Refund will be initiated within 3 days after the return inspection is passed (refund will be returned to the original payment account).

  1. Clearance Sale Special Notice

Due to continuous losses, all goods are being sold at below cost price. Return service is the best we can offer.

After the clearance sale ends, the company will cease operations. Please handle all after-sales requests within the 30-day return period; requests after this period will not be accepted.
