Due to continuous losses, we have decided to clear out all products at a loss. Below are some frequently asked questions and answers.

Regarding Shipping and Logistics

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship directly from Spain.

Q: How long does it take to ship an order after I place it?

A: Orders are processed on the same day (orders paid before 2 PM Spanish time are shipped on the same day; orders paid after that time will be shipped on the next business day).

Q: How long does it take to receive the goods after shipment?

A: Shipping time is 2 days.

Regarding Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I return clearance items?

A: Yes. You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item, provided it remains in its original condition (unused, no additional damage, and includes original packaging). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?

A: After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be credited to your account within 3 days.

Q: Which items cannot be returned? A: Returns are not accepted for single missing coffee cups or cups damaged due to improper use.

Regarding Billing and Payment

Q: Is this a subscription or auto-renewal?

A: Absolutely not. This is a one-time sale. You only need to pay the total amount shown in the clearance price (product price + shipping, if applicable). There will be no subsequent charges, auto-renewal, installment payments, or hidden fees.

Q: Will you save my payment information for future deductions?

A: No. We will not store your payment information. After the clearance sale, the company will cease operations, and no further deductions will be possible.

Q: Can the price be negotiated?

A: No. All items are being sold below cost at a loss. Prices are transparent and non-negotiable.

Regarding Clearance Sale and Company Status

Q: Why are we clearing out at a loss?

A: Due to continuous losses, the company is unable to operate normally. Therefore, we have decided to clear out all inventory at below cost to recover funds.

Q: Can I still contact you after the clearance sale? A: After the clearance sale ends, the company will cease operations, and customer service email and phone numbers will no longer be maintained. We recommend handling all after-sales needs within the 30-day return period.

Q: Is there a warranty on the products?

A: During the clearance sale, only the aforementioned 30-day return service is provided; no additional warranty is offered. Please check the condition of the goods as soon as possible after signing for them.
