- Order Processing and Shipping
Processing Time: All orders paid before 2:00 PM Spanish time will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be postponed to the next business day.
Origin: Spain
Shipping Method: Direct Express Shipping (covering major EU countries and some regions; please confirm details before placing your order)
Shipping Time: 2 days (starting from the date the package is shipped; applicable only to destinations in Spain and some EU countries; delays may occur in remote areas)
- Return Policy
Despite being a clearance sale, we offer limited return services:
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition (unused, no additional human-caused damage, including original packaging and accessories)
Return Shipping Costs: To be borne by the buyer (we do not provide free return labels during clearance sales)
Non-Returnable Items:
Missing single item from a coffee cup set
Damage caused by improper use
- Billing Terms (Important)
This sale is a one-time sale; no recurring charges will apply.
One-time payment: Your payment is the total price shown in the clearance sale price (including the cost of the goods and shipping, if any). There will be no further subscription fees, automatic renewals, installment payments, or any hidden fees.
Billing Notes: We will not store your payment information for future transactions. After the clearance sale ends, the company will cease operations, and no further deductions will be possible.
Price Misunderstanding: Due to the loss-making clearance sale, prices may be lower than the market average, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund based on price discrepancies.
In short: You pay once, we ship once. There are no subsequent invoices or automatic deductions.
- Clearance Sale Special Statement: Due to ongoing losses, all goods are being sold below cost. Inventory is limited and will be sold while supplies last.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and provide full refunds in case of inventory errors (this is extremely rare).
After the clearance sale ends, the company will no longer provide warranty, parts, or customer support. Please process returns within the 30-day return period if necessary.
These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.
